a mortal wound indeed

my stupid fucking couch just gashed my boots with a bent nail hidden beneath its raggedy brown weave. luckily didn't completely pierce the leather. it nearly popped a big hole in them, in which case I would have gone ape shit. Hopefully they will survive this mortal wound.
